Do you accept returns and exchanges?

How long will my order take to ship?

Most items will ship in 1-3 business days.  Resin pieces are hand-dyed in small batches.  If they are not already in stock, they will take 5-7 business days.

Do you make custom jewelry?

What is the difference between gold/silver plated chain and gold/silver filled chain?

Filled chain contains much more actual gold/silver than plated chain.  This makes it more resistant to tarnish.

How should I care for my statements?

• Gently clean with a soft, clean cloth.

• Apply chemicals before putting on statements (hair products, cosmetics, perfumes, acidic foods, etc)

• Remove your statements before exposing them to excessive moisture (swimming, showering, sunbathing, exercising, etc)

• Metals may tarnish over time due to oxygen and natural body oils.  To reduce tarnishing, store in a ziplock bag (remove as much air as possible) in a dry, dark, and cool place.
