Returns

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 8 hours of purchase

If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, you are ineligible for an exchange or return.

Custom made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless I have made an error. Those items are made-to-order specially for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial refunds will be issued for any item returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and the status of your refund.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you chose expedited shipping at checkout, this cost will be deducted from your refund***

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at stunningstatements21@gmail.com and send your item to: Stunning Statements, P.O. Box 964, Cropwell, AL 35054.
